Save Modified Sports

On Saturday, June 3rd, Save Modified Sports will be holding a 4 mile run/walk race to fundraise for our modified sports teams.  The goal is to have 2,000 participants that day, and we want to encourage everyone involved in the soccer program to turn out that day in whatever capacity you can.  Volunteers are needed for various tasks that day, and if you cannot run/walk in the race itself - sponsor someone!

We will be encouraging as many of our athletes to participate in the run/walk as well.  The cost is $30.  Afterwards, the CMS and WGMS staff will hold a fun softball game to be umped by Alec Baldwin.  This should be a fun day and a strong turnout will make a huge impact towards reaching the goal to fund the modified sports teams this coming school year.  No matter what level your son or daughter is currently at, supporting modified sports is a cause we should all get behind.  Whether you run yourself, sponsor someone, volunteer some time or simply make a donation - lets all pitch in!

To learn more about fundraising efforst or to download an application form, go to www.savemodifiedsportsatWG.com.   Thank you.
